Every Michel Herbelin watch has been made with the utmost care and attention and is covered by an international warranty, the conditions of which will be given to you by the Official Agent where you purchase your watch. The conditions are also set out on the certificate of origin and the warranty form.
Our watches are made using only the finest quality materials and components. Over 50 quality checks are carried out before your watch leaves our premises so that nothing can spoil your enjoyment of its fine workmanship and elegant design..

YOUR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY

Your watch is backed by an international warranty covering all material and manufacturing defects revealed in the course of normal use and on condition that the watch has not been opened.
To register your warranty, you must fill in the warranty registration card (included with your warranty booklet) with your official Michel Herbelin agent. Failure to do so will mean your watch is not covered by the warranty.
Your warranty covers parts and labour, but does not cover transport and insurance costs.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from one country to another.
Important : To ensure you are covered by your international warranty, please fill in the detachable coupon at the back of the warranty booklet, using the information given on the card and then send it to the Michel Herbelin address for your country.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The battery comes with your new watch, but is not covered by the warranty
The leather strap : The better the strap is treated and cared for, the longer it will last. it cannot be covered under the warranty.
Any damage to the glass or the case or to any part of the outside of the watch or as a result of being dropped or a shock or exposure to chemical or corrosive products is not covered by the warranty..
Damage resulting from improper handling or incorrect opening cannot be included within the warranty. Non-waterproof watches are not guaranteed against contact with water. Any waterproof watch which has been opened must go through a waterproofing check before it can be covered by the warranty.
